In this project, we successfully delivered a customized online portal for a network of physician's offices that chose to showcase our client's digital patient engagement products and content within their facilities. The portal seamlessly integrated with our client's CRM system.
Our primary goal was to facilitate direct communication between our client and their Operations and Customer Support teams. Additionally, we ensured smooth updates and ongoing maintenance for patient education digital products and content. The portal was meticulously designed to cater to various internal teams, including Operations, IT, Sales, and Digital Art, enabling them to perform essential administrative functions. These functions ranged from activating or deactivating user accounts and changing user roles to managing the upload and download of digital content. Notably, the portal also featured a hierarchical content management system, allowing parent offices to oversee content in child offices.
To enhance the user experience, we crafted custom user interfaces based on distinct user roles, creating unique and tailored interactions for each user group. Throughout the development process, our client actively collaborated with us, infusing vibrant imagery to reflect their brand personality and values.
