The focal point of this endeavor was the development of a customer portal that seamlessly integrated with the client's CRM system. This feature-rich portal offered a wide array of capabilities, including paperless billing, convenient online bill payment, the flexibility to renew service contracts online, access to detailed service history, and the ability for homeowners to update their information. Additionally, the portal allowed users to interact directly with the Service Area's Team.

In the project's third phase, we introduced an Admin Portal, granting our client advanced administrative functionalities. With this Admin Portal, our client could effortlessly create and schedule mass communications to their customers, harness insightful portal usage statistics, gain quick overviews of service issues, adjust billing cycles, and even experience the portal from the perspective of their customers.

Notably, the portal was implemented during the pandemic and rapidly gained popularity, achieving an impressive 60% adoption rate within the first year. Our collaboration continues as we embark on the development of a mobile app, further enhancing our client's ability to connect with their customers.
